We are holding a reunion on the 60th anniversary of our passing out at The Manor Country House Hotel at Weston-on-the-Green on Sunday 28 July 2019. So far 12 members have said they will attend; 11 have confirmed they are coming and 1 has still to confirm. Assuming he will confirm that makes 10 accompanied and 2 unaccompanied making 22 for the anniversary dinner. So far (23 May 19), 9 rooms have been booked.
12.00 a.m. Meet and Greet in the Osborn Room in the Coach House
12.30 p.m. Tea/coffee/biscuits served in the Osborn Room
15.00 p.m. Members may book in
18.00 p.m. Members foregather for photos
18.45 p.m. Members proceed to dining room
19.00 p.m. Dinner served with wine
08.30 a.m. Breakfast at a reserved communal table
11.00 a.m. Latest time to book out
Meet and Greet:
A room has been provided free of charge for members to gather in the Coach House.
Members can use the room before 12.00 a.m.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served at about 12.30 p.m.
There are no single rooms.
10 rooms have reserved in the Coach House for the first 10 bookings who want one with the rest in the main house.
Bookings for the Coach House rooms to be made by the end of May (two months’ notice).
Bookings for the main house to be made by the end of June (one months’ notice).
Members cannot book in and occupy their rooms before the normal booking-in time of 15.00 p.m.
Credit for one room will be shared by all rooms if fifteen rooms are booked.

We have secured a special discounted rate of £99 for room with bed and breakfast for an extra night if required.
Dinner in the private room upstairs in the main house (alternate room if numbers require it).
There is no charge for the use of the room.
Communal table for the dinner.
Dining room available until vacated.
Dinner choices to be submitted by Tony M from the menu at least one week before. Please let him have your selection at least a week before that. Please let me know asap if you want to avoid using the stairs.
Two glasses of wine per head.
There are about 30 steps up to the dining room with 3 or 4 turns to negotiate. An alternate room is available if anyone has reduced mobility.
£158 per room for single or double occupancy to include, VAT, dinner and breakfast.
£13.50 per head for 2 glasses of wine at dinner.
£4 per head for tea/coffee/biscuits
These costs will be amalgamated into an overall room price of £193 for a double occupancy room and £175.50 for a single occupancy room.
